my bestest friends made some pretty cute kids! meet Mhairi and Seadan. i am officially declaring them my godstephalfniecphews. Mhairi just turned the big two and Seadan only recently arrived on the scene in April. it took me too long to get back, but am soooo happy and grateful that i was able to jump on a flight this week to catch up with them and chase these little ones around.
mhairi just turned two! she is FEARLESS and tested my jungle gym skills to the max. she is high energy and a suspected future adrenaline junkie. her favorite color is orange. she loves tomatoes, has an insatiable appetite for the movie Cars and currently is reading the latest copy of the Thomas the Train catalog (ignoring the Thomas the Train that was actually in the box). when not taking buildings in single bounds, she is often seen giving her new little brother cute little kisses.
and meet Seadan! also known as the Shade-man and sometimes Captain Hamstring. he is five months old and just.. cute. he is an impressive drooler, pooper and eater. he loves long walks in the park and romantic boob milk dinners by candlelight. he’s been working on standing since week 1 and is expected to grow into his huge eyes sometime around age 17.
i should also mention he is wholly unimpressed with my usual antics.
LOVE THEM! And love you Joel an Ro. I hope it’s not another year before i get to back and visit. i can’t wait to see these little love bugs grow. I just hope they don’t get too big… I kinda like them this size.
